This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Niagara Regional Police Training Building – Shooting Range HVAC Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). The Niagara Region is seeking a qualified Bidder to add a supplemental exhaust system to the Niagara Regional Police Services shooting range at 107 Seneca Trail, Welland (originally built in the year 2000). |
