*******This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2021-RFSQ-227 specifically Category 13***** Project Background and Objective Regional Road 63 (Canborough Road) is a two lane arterial east/west roadway extending from the Niagara Region / Haldimand County boundary to Regional Road 24 (Victoria Avenue) at the border of the Township of West Lincoln and the Town of Pelham. This Request for Proposal is for the engineering services required to prepare the complete detailed engineering design (preliminary design and detailed design), prepare contract drawings and specifications, and provide contract administration, construction inspection, and material testing services for the reconstruction of Regional Road 63 (Canborough Road) between Regional Road 27 (Wellandport Road) and the Wellandport Community Center. Any exceptions to providing a complete design shall be listed in the proposal document, and will be taken into account as part of the evaluation process. |
