2.  Gilmore Lodge, 50 Gilmore Road, Fort Erie (80 Residents)

3.  Meadows of Dorchester, 6623 Kalar Road, Niagara Falls (120 Residents)

4.  Rapelje Lodge, 277 Plymouth Road, Welland (120 Residents)

5.  Upper Canada Lodge, 272 Wellington Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake (80 Residents)

6.  Woodlands of Sunset, 920 Pelham Street, Welland (120 Residents)
