This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for the Development of the Niagara Region 2051 Transportation Master Plan , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Regional Municipality of Niagara (Niagara Region) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to develop a comprehensive Transportation Master Plan (TMP 2051) as an update to the Region's existing Transportation Master Plan 2017 (TMP 2017). The proposed TMP 2051 will revise and build upon the strategic principles established in TMP 2017, which was designed to guide the Region's transportation network through to 2041. TMP 2051 will extend this vision through to 2051 and beyond, with a focus on addressing the Region’s long-term transportation needs. |
