This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Secure Towing and Impound Services for Niagara Regional Police Services (NRPS), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider proposals received from proponents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFP directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). Qualified applicants are invited to submit proposals to the Regional Municipality of Niagara on behalf of the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board (NRPS), for the supply of 24 hour towing services of abandoned and seized vehicles, vehicle secure storage/pound facilities and NRPS fleet vehicles for use by the NRPS within the Regional Municipality of Niagara. |
