Description: 

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to
prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Anger Ave WWTP Biosolids System and
Miscellaneous Upgrades – Assessment and Conceptual Design, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2017-RFPQ-03 specifically Category 2.
