| Description: |
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide CCTV Inspection and Sewer Cleaning as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The successful respondent will provide comprehensive CCTV inspection and sewer cleaning services for approximately 120,000 metres of the Niagara Region’s wastewater trunk sewers. All inspections must be conducted in accordance with NASSCO PACP standards to identify defects, obstructions, and maintenance needs, using continuous CCTV cable to access areas with limited chamber entry or challenging site conditions. Inspections may include follow-up work on select pipes as directed by the Region’s Project Lead. Sewer cleaning and any required post-inspections will be completed based on the conditions observed during inspections. The Contractor must address identified debris, obstructions, or defects, perform remedial cleaning, and conduct follow-up inspections as needed. All work must support the Region’s ongoing maintenance program and ensure the continued operational reliability of the wastewater trunk system. The respondent should demonstrate experience in the areas in the inspection and cleaning of additional Niagara Region infrastructure, including storm mains, culverts, catch basin leads, and waste management leachate collection systems. |
