Description:	This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses for eligibility to provide Prequalification for General Contractors For Grimsby Water Storage as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
