This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Detailed Design for the Replacement of Lakeshore Road Culvert (087320) and Four Mile Pond Culvert (087225) in the City of St. Catharines and Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Proposal is for the engineering services required to prepare the complete detailed engineering design (preliminary design and detailed design), prepare contract drawings and specifications, and provide contract administration, construction inspection, and material testing services for the Replacement of Lakeshore Road Culvert and Replacement of Four Mile Pond Culvert. Any exceptions to providing a complete design shall be listed in the proposal document, and will be taken into account as part of the evaluation process. This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 22. |
