This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Canboro Road – Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Chamber Upgrade and Watermain Isolation Valve Installation, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region is seeking quotations for a comprehensive upgrade of the Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) chamber located in front of 206 Canboro Rd. in the Town of Pelham (Fenwick). This project involves the full removal and replacement of all internal process piping and valves within the chamber, upsizing the PRV system and installation of new isolation valves on the 300mm Asbestos Cement (AC) watermain west of the chamber. The new isolation valve will feature a stem extension for convenient ground-level operation to facilitate maintenance and emergency access.
