This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Supply and Delivery of Twelve (12) Dump Trucks with Winter Control Equipment , as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

This Request for Tender is an invitation by Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Supply and Delivery of Twelve (12) "New”, Dump Trucks with Winter Control Equipment. The vehicles must be supplied with suitable components to meet or exceed the deliverables.
