This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-27- Supply, Delivery Maintenance and Commissioning of Dual-View Inductively Coupled Plasma -Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) for the Niagara Region Environmental Laboratory (NREL) as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Region of Niagara requires one (1) Dual-View Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) system capable of producing accurate, reliable, defendable, and high-quality data. The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the complete system for the Niagara Region Environmental Laboratory (NREL). |
