This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Provision for Security Consulting Services on Video Surveillance, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 


The purpose is to:


1.    Collect and Review the VSS Data both from available documents and field visits at all Niagara Region Water & Wastewater properties. The purposes of which is an Assessment of the said viability going forward  
2.    Preparation and issue a report containing the reasoning and the basis of the viability of the assessed data for removal and / or re-use where applicable. 
3.    Design a Replacement Video Surveillance System with Owner Provided Hardware and proposed components and peripherals to be used in a VMS Platform Standard
4.    Enhanced Conceptual Design
