| Description: |
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Consulting Services and Contract Administration 68 Church Street – Abatement & Demolition, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 68 Church St., St. Catharines (the “site”) is a Regional Municipality of Niagara (The Region) owned property that was previously occupied by the Niagara Regional Police Services. The original building was built in 1963 and underwent a major addition in 1983. The Region intends to demolish the building and sell the site to a developer to repurpose the site to a mixed use tower – commercial and residential. In order to assist in the process, the Region is seeking the services of qualified firms to provide demolition and contract admin consulting services, in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms of Reference. |
