This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Geotechnical Materials Testing Services for the Reconstruction of Regional Road 81 between Greenlane and Lincoln Ave in the Town of Lincoln, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Tender is for Professional Geotechnical Materials Testing Services for the duration of the Regional Road 81 (King Street) road reconstruction project. The construction contract is anticipated to be awarded in November 2025, pending Council approval, with underground servicing works projected to begin early 2026 weather permitting. The estimated construction duration is 180 working days. |
