This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for St. Catharines Train Station – Demolition as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is seeking bids to allow for the Demolition of approx.769 m2 existing 1950’s addition located at 5 Great Western St. Catharines Train Station along with interior demolition of approx. 293 m2 sq. ft. of existing infill construction underneath the existing Heritage West Covered Platform; in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Request for Tender. This RFT is being issued to Category 1 of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107. |
