| Description: | This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the completion of an Environmental Study Report in accordance with the requirements for a Schedule “C” project as outlined in the Municipal Water & Wastewater projects in the Municipal Engineers Association document for Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, October 2000, as amended in 2007, 2011 and 2014 (“MEA Class EA document”) as well as for the Enhanced Conceptual Design for the Niagara Falls Wastewater Servicing Strategy Environmental Assessment including the New South Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant and Associated Collection and Conveyance Impacts, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”). |
