This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Railway Grade Crossing Safety Assessment, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a Railway Grade Crossing Safety Assessment. This work will include completing inventory and condition assessments and building an inspection schedule and checklist for all Railway Grade Crossing on Regional Roads. Niagara Region currently has 37 Railway Grade Crossings on Regionally owned roads. |
