This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Niagara Region Police Service - District 6 Port Colborne Accessible Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Niagara Region is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractor to upgrade the District 6 customer service and public amenities. Contractor shall renovate the vestibule, customer service desk, and washroom. Refer to Appendix B – RFT Particulars for further details. 

This RFT is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107 specifically Category 1.
