This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Materials Testing Services For The Reconstruction Of RR 100 (Casablanca Blvd) Between The RR 39 (North Service Rd) And RR 512 (Livingston Ave) In The Town Of Grimsby, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 1. This Request for Tender is for Professional Geotechnical Materials Testing Services for the duration of the Regional Road 10 (Casablanca Boulevard)) road reconstruction project. The construction contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2026 with contract completion date of October 2027. |
