******This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2019-RFPQ-173 specifically Category 3. Introduction The Bal Harbour Pumping Station (PS) is located at 26 Cheval Drive in the Town of Grimsby. It is a submersible PS that was originally constructed in 1977. The PS services approximately 400 people with a rated capacity if 17L/S. The most recent Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan (WWWMSP) does not identify this area as experiencing growth, and as such a capacity upgrade is not required. However, the electrical components have reached the end of their useful service life and are in poor condition. This assignment is for the detailed design of full electrical and instrumentation and controls upgrade. |
