This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Building Demolition - Future Victoria and Bridge Roundabout, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). Niagara Region is requesting bids for the complete demolition and removal of three (3) buildings; 4770 Bridge Street; 4776 Bridge Street and 4799 Bridge Street, including required site restoration. |
