This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. 

Niagara Region is conducting an RFI for Customer Relationship Management System, researching the market for CRM Technology Providers, capable of consolidating customer data, streamlining customer-facing operations, enhancing service performance, and strengthening cross-department collaboration. This system may be utilized by the Niagara Region, as well as Area Municipalities, and would require independent environments with the capability for information sharing and seamless integrations.
