Description:	The work to be carried out under this contract at Haulage Road Sewage Pumping Station consists of, but is not limited to: Process upgrades to the station including replacement of submersible pumps, piping, and valves. Structural upgrades to the station including hatch replacements, concrete repairs, and ladder and platform replacement. Construction of a valve chamber and onsite forcemain. Instrumentation upgrades, and replacement of electrical panels, associated cabling, and electrical items. Construction of weather protection shelter. Related site works and restoration. This contract utilizes the "Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document" (Revision 20) which forms the specification documents excepting the "Special Instruction to Bidders, Form of Tender and Supplementary Special Provisions". The "Standard Document" is available on the internet at the “Bid Opportunities” section of the Niagara Region website www.niagararegion.ca.
