This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Health and Safety Support to Shelter System, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Health and Safety Support to Shelter System is currently funded under contract with the Niagara Region to provide all year round shelter operation. Agencies that were awarded for 2017-EOI-03 Niagara Homelessness Service System Funding Service Priority - Emergency Hostels are eligible. |
