This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Services for the new South Niagara Trunk Sewer – South Niagara Wastewater Treatment Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The purpose of the SUE investigation is to provide the existing subsurface information to the design consultant firm to facilitate the design and construction of the new trunk sewer.
