This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Towing Services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). This procurement is being conducted as a joint procurement led by the Region on behalf of the following organizations:
The intent of this RFSQ is to develop a roster list with qualified and experienced towing companies for recovery and towing of cars, vans, sport utility vehicles, off road equipment, buses, heavy trucks and equipment for Fleet, and Transit Departments. (see Appendix F for list of Fleet). The provision of Towing services on an as required basis within the geographic boundaries of the Region for the following vehicle classifications:
