Description:	This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Supply and Delivery of Bulk Sodium Chloride, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). This Tender is for the supply and delivery of bulk Sodium Chloride and Pre-Treated Salt for the participating agencies, at various locations, within the Niagara Region as detailed herein.
