1.1.1 InvitationThis Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026-RFP-134 Landfill Kiosk Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Regional Municipality of Niagara (the “Region”) wishes to enter a lump sum design-build contract with a qualified Proponent (the “Design-Builder”) for the relocation of existing kiosks and design, supply and installation of two new attendant kiosks. One kiosk will be installed at the Bridge Street Residential Waste and Recycling Drop-off Depot (“Bridge Street”) and the other with be installed at the Humberstone Landfill. A third provisional location of the Niagara Road 12 Landfill will be considered for inclusion in the project scope, subject to budget availability.
