This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide 68 Church Street – Abatement and Demolition Contractors as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The Niagara Region intends to pre-qualify firms to provide Abatement & Demolition Contractor Services at the former Police Station located at 68 Church St, St. Catharines, ON. It is the intent of the Niagara Region, through this RFSQ, to establish a list of Qualified Suppliers who will be invited to bid on the work under a separate procurement
