Description: 

Niagara Falls (Branscombe) Childcare Center has three (3) roof top units (RTU) at end of life and needing replacement. The building also requires the installation of an energy recovery ventilator (ERV) and boiler for backup heat for the heat pumps. During this work the successful bidder will also be responsible for installing a new building automation system.
