This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for City of Niagara Falls GO/VIA Station – Interior Alterations and Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractor from Category 1 of our 2022-RFPQ-107 roster to enter into a CCDC 2 contract to perform extensive interior renovations, with exterior roof replacement and walkways at the Regions Niagara Falls (NF) Heritage Train Station located 4267 Bridge St. Niagara Falls, ON. The Successful Bidder shall perform the interior and exterior upgrades in accordance with the project Tender Package as described in Appendices D and E. This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107 specifically Category 1. |
