This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) on behalf of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (“NPPC”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Supply and Delivery of Sodium Chloride Solution (Brine) & Magnesium Chloride Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Successful Bidder will be responsible to supply and deliver Sodium Chloride Solution and Magnesium Chloride Solution to the participating agency when requested. Quantities will vary based on usage with estimated quantities provided. |
