This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Support Renewal for Check Point Firewall Products, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Qualified bidders are invited to provide a quotation for the identified support renewals and new service acquisition across Check Point solutions for 2025, including optional multi-year terms. The deliverables are categorized as follows: Check Point 2025 Support Renewals Renewal of Standard and Premium support packages for Check Point software and appliance gateways, including associated enterprise protection services and credit entitlements, ensuring continued security coverage and vendor-supported service continuity. New Service Acquisition – Check Point Harmony Suite Acquisition of Harmony Email and Collaboration security solutions for approximately 1,300 users. This includes advanced threat protection, DMARC management, and phishing awareness training to strengthen organizational resilience against email-based threats. |
