Description:	This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Water & Wastewater Summer Grounds Maintenance, as further described in Appendix D – RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”).
