This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2023-T-88 2023-T-88 Sump Pump Repair - 8228 HEARTLAND FOREST RD – WEGO LIFT STATION, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is seeking the services of a qualified General/Excavation Contractor invited from Category 1 and 5 of our 2022-RFPQ-107 roster to enter into an agreement for the WEGO sump pump repair to rectify current stormwater pump capacity issues to prevent potential failure to the stormwater system as described in Appendix B, Part A) Deliverables. This RFT is being issued to the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2021-RFSQ-227, specifically Category 1 & 5. |
