This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Niagara Transit Commission (NTC) - St Catharines Bus Garage Overhead Door Replacements, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The facility in question contains various existing Overhead doors and fire doors that have reached the end of their expected life and can no longer be maintained due to lack of availability of replacement parts. Niagara Region wishes to engage a qualified company to supply and install replacement doors as described in the project documents. The successful bidder shall supply and install all new doors per the specifications and complete required electrical and controls work to ensure all doors are fully functional at the completion of the project.
