Objective The Owner seeks to prequalify General Contractors (GCs) with the appropriate experience, capacity and qualifications to bid on the construction of two new Long Term Care (LTC) Homes. Each LTC home will be tendered independently of one another. The Owner has retained MMMC Inc. as the Prime Design Consultant for the project.
