This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-176-Sanitary Siphon CCTV Inspection, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated program is for the Region of Niagara to select and retain a professional Supplier to perform all duties associated with the Regions Non-Conventional Sanitary Sewer CCTV Inspection and Condition Assessment Program, including Program Management, Inspection Preparation Activities (such as Flushing, Reaming, Robotic Cutting, and Maintenance Hole Cleaning), Inspection and QA/QC of obtained data, Condition Assessment, Rehabilitation and/or Replacement recommendation and associated cost estimation, and Rehabilitation and/or Replacement Criticality and Prioritization Assessment |
