Description: 

The work to be carried out under this contract consists of, but is not limited to:

·  Replacement of existing sewage lift pumps with three (3) new constant speed submersible pumps complete with pump controls.

·  Replacement of all station process piping and valving.

·  Construction of a new valve chamber complete with bypass pumping quick connection and flow meter.

·  Provision of a new electrical control panel with canopy.

·  Replacement of existing SCADA, RPU and PLC systems to meet current Region standards.

·  Upgrade station security to meet Region standards including new fencing.

·  Replacement of all access hatches to ensure proper fall protection.

·  Provision of new pump station instrumentation.

·  Removal and replacement of the existing electrical distribution system, including main breaker, automatic transfer switch, distribution panel, conduit and wiring.

·  Provision of a new emergency generator.

·  Relocation and upgrade of the existing PLC and communications hardware and wiring to suit the station’s upgrades.

·  Provision of temporary pumping facilities to suit the construction of the station upgrades.

·  Provision of new asphalt within property limits at the completion of construction.
