This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Regional Road 55 (Niagara Stone Road) Road Reconstruction From 230m NE of Line 1 to East/West Line in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, as further described in Part 5 – RFT particulars and Part 6 – The Deliverables. 

The project deliverables include storm sewers, culverts and drainage work, road reconstruction, asphalt replacement, traffic signal replacement and landscape restoration.
