This contract is for the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials required to complete upgrades to both the Niagara Road 12 and Park Road Landfill leachate pump stations located in the Towns of West Lincoln and Grimsby respectively. Unless otherwise noted the following works are applicable to both the NR12 and Park Road Leachate pump stations.
This contract utilizes the “Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document” (Revision 18), which forms the specification documents. The “Standard Document,” except the “Special Instructions to Bidders, Form of Tender, and Supplementary Special Provisions,” which are formatted for each project individually, is available online in the “Tenders” section of the Niagara Region website (www.niagararegion.ca). All tenders must be accompanied by a tender deposit in
the amount of $75,000 (seventy-five thousand
dollars). |
