Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by the Purchasing & Payables Office, Niagara Region, 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Thorold, Ontario, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. The work to be carried out under this contract consists of, but is not limited to: · Replacement of Structure (098310) Concrete Box Culvert, · Replacement of Structure (098315) Concrete Box Culvert, · Associated road works and drainage improvements. This contract utilizes the "Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document" (Revision 19) which forms the specification documents excepting the "Special Instruction to Bidders, Form of Tender and Supplementary Special Provisions". The "Standard Document" is available on the internet at the “Bid Opportunities” section of the Niagara Region website www.niagararegion.ca. Bidding System Registration Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Niagara Region’s electronic bidding system at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”) and have obtained the RFT directly from the Procurement Office. All bidders must establish a Bidding System account and be registered as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity, which will enable the bidder to receive addenda email notifications, and download addenda. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the amount of $100,000.00. Tenders will be publicly opened at 2:15 p.m. at 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Thorold. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. |
