This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Niagara Road 12 Landfill Dump Pad Concrete Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region wishes to obtain a qualified contractor to complete the resurfacing of the dump pad at the Niagara Road 12 Landfill. This work is required to alleviate water ponding issues that have been occurring due to the current concrete slab having a depression in the centre. The ponding water is a safety hazard to users of the dump pad and an ongoing maintenance task during the winter season. |
