This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Children's Services – Inclusion Resource Support Model (IRSM), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region’s Children Services Division is issuing this RFP to seek two (2) successful proponents in order to provide Special Needs Resourcing services across Niagara Region as part of the Inclusion Resource Support Model. Proponents will be employing Inclusion Quality Consultants to provide service in licensed centre-based child care, licensed home-based child care and EarlyON settings across Niagara Region. Services are to be provided in a three-tier based system, where children and educators are offered varying levels of support to meet their needs in each tiers. Niagara Region will provide successful proponents with their allocation of sites in which they will provide service. Successful proponents are responsible for meeting service targets, collecting data and providing standard reporting and key performance indicators to Niagara Region. |
