This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-T-237 Glendale Watermain Isolation Valves Design, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective Bidders to submit proposals for Glendale Watermain Isolation Valves Detailed Design, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). There is a need to add isolation valves along this section of the Glendale watermain, particularly in the area of the Welland Canal crossing. The scope of this project includes the design of two new isolation valves, one on each side of the Welland Canal. As the needs of the project are clear, the deliverables will be limited to pre-design and detailed design only, with provisional scope items for construction administration and inspection activities. This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 11. |
