This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Real Estate Listing Services for Niagara Region-Owned Property – 50 Gilmore Road, Fort Erie, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) is issuing this Request for Tender (“RFT”) to invite qualified real estate brokerages (“Bidders”) to submit bids for the provision of realtor services related to the marketing and sale of the property located at 50 Gilmore Road, Fort Erie, as further described in Appendix B – RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”). |
