The Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective Proponents with extensive consulting expertise in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Dispatch and Essential Service facilities. The Proponents will act as Prime Consultant providing Needs Assessment and Program Development for a new Primary EMS Hub facility and two (2) secondary EMS Spoke facilities within the Niagara Region. The Region is seeking qualified Prime Consulting firms that will provide value to the project with demonstrated ability in delivering this type of project scope as identified in Appendix B RFP Particulars. 2025-RFP-144 NEMS Hub & Spoke EMS Speciality Consultant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). |
