This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2026-T-31 Supply of Sewer Flow Meter Equipment for Gravity Sewer Mains as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Region of Niagara is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to submit Tenders for the supply, delivery, and support of intrusive sewer area‑velocity flow metering equipment suitable for installation in gravity sewer mains. This equipment will be used to upgrade the Region’s existing wastewater flow monitoring network, where current non‑contact sensors have shown reduced performance due to challenging site conditions. The intrusive area‑velocity meters will also be deployed for temporary wastewater monitoring applications, including:
