This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation on behalf of The Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (NPPC) by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to provide submissions in response to this non-binding quotation request for Niagara Peninsula Purchasing Committee – Supply and Delivery of Culvert Pipe, to various locations within the limits of the Niagara region, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The following agencies will be participating in this Request for Quotation (hereinafter called Participating Agencies) Refer to Appendix D – Co-operative Information for Complete list of Agencies. |
